Returns and/or exchanges during Covid-19
We hope you are delighted with your order, however, if you wish to return your order (either in full or in part) for an exchange or refund, please do so unworn and if possible, in the original packaging.
Due to Covid, we have extended our return dates, for orders from the UK, please return within 21 days, for orders from other countries, please return within 40 days.
Let us know by email that you are returning the order, and in a note within the parcel, please include order number and what your requirements are, you can either ask for replacement or full refund. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.
Refund during Covid-19
Please be aware Royal Mail and overseas mail services are struggling at the moment with less flights and imposed quarantines. First class post to the UK is taking 3 to 4 working days to arrive. Post to the US have been taking between 25 and 47 days to arrive. As such, it would be appreciated if you could allow extra time for delivery. Refunds ad replacements for lost post will only be issued after 8 days to the UK and 50 days worldwide.
